A Passion for Baking. A Place to Share It.

Behind Del & Dia Cafe is Bung Ib (Surawee Umasa), founder of Del & Dia, known as the “King of Halal Flour.” His passion for dough, fermentation, and baking is reflected in the care taken throughout the bakery process, from selecting ingredients to developing flavors and textures.

Since opening in 2021, Del & Dia Cafe has continued to bring together artisan baking, coffee, and halal dining in Ao Nang, creating a welcoming place for locals and visitors to enjoy.
